Job Overview
We are seeking a confident and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our Wireless Sales Team, focusing on the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telco or wireless sales, strong English communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage, manage, and close wireless internet sales with international customers.
Job Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound sales calls for wireless internet and telecom services targeting U.S. customers
- Confidently pitch products, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable wireless solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead engagement, objection handling, closing, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and professionalism on every call
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Wireless Internet, Home Internet, or Telecom services
- Familiarity with US sales scripts, compliance, and call handling standards
- CRM experience and basic computer proficiency
- 1–3+ years of international sales experience, preferably in Wireless, Telecom, ISP, or Telco sales
- Proven exposure to the U.S. market (Wireless Internet, Home Internet, Mobility, or related services)
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong listening skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
