Senior Design Sales Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a confident, proactive, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in the digital and design industry. The ideal candidate can effectively convert high-intent outbound leads by engaging verified prospects through platforms such as ZoomInfo and similar databases. This role focuses on building meaningful client relationships, presenting tailored design solutions, and closing deals efficiently.
Job Description
- Call, email, and follow up with high-quality leads sourced through ZoomInfo and internal lists.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant design/digital solutions effectively.
- Conduct discovery calls, requirement breakdowns, and closing conversations.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent conversions.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and ensure all conversations are recorded in the system.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, objections, and performance.
- Align with internal teams (design, project managers) to ensure smooth onboarding after closing.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in design, digital services, or SaaS).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, design, websites, or creative services (bonus).
- Experience using different CRMs, pipelines, and outbound workflows.
- The potential individual should be mature, reliable, and focused on outcomes.
- The applicant can handle clients with professionalism and calmness.
