B2B Sales Executive (UCaaS / CCaaS)
Job Overview
The UCaaS / CCaaS Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions. This role involves outbound cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting methods to identify businesses seeking modern communication and customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate understands cloud communication technologies, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable engaging decision-makers in the U.S. market.
Job Description
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to build a strong pipeline of UCaaS/CCaaS opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries such as SMBs, healthcare, logistics, retail, financial services, hospitality, and call centers.
- Qualify prospects based on needs, current communication systems, user count, and decision-making structure.
- Use CRM tools to track engagement, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
- Present and pitch UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, focusing on business outcomes such as cost savings, AI automation, scalability, and improved customer experience.
- Schedule demos with technical teams or vendor partners (e.g., Nextiva, RingCentral, 8x8, Dialpad, NICE, Five9).
- Create proposals, quotes, and pricing configurations based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with vendor channel managers to ensure competitive pricing and solution alignment.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Maintain strong communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand business challenges and map them to the right UCaaS/CCaaS solutions.
- Advise customers on migration from legacy phone systems and on ROI benefits.
- Follow up regularly through calls, email sequences, SMS reminders, and automation tools.
- Work closely with marketing, research teams, and sales managers to refine targeting.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support, demos, and solution engineering.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all activities in the CRM.Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for leads, demos, and closed deals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Sales experience, with preferably 1–3+ years of SaaS, telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, and IT solutions.
- Strong cold calling and outbound communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Understanding of cloud voice platforms, VoIP, SIP, IVRs, call center routing, and AI tools (preferred but not required).
- Ability to communicate value propositions to C-level executives and business owners.
- Good email writing skills with ability to run outreach campaigns.
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and sales automation tools.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
