Outreach Specialist (B2B Focus)
Job Overview
Simply Connect is seeking an Outreach Specialist with proven B2B experience to drive top-of-funnel growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound engagement. This role is for someone who understands how to initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers, navigate longer sales cycles, and deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads. As an Outreach Specialist, you will own outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling) targeting B2B decision-makers.
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using CRM and sales intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
- Craft personalized, high-converting outreach sequences that resonate with B2B buyer personas and pain points.
- Conduct account-based research to identify key stakeholders, triggers, and entry points within target organizations.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and transition warm prospects to the sales team with detailed context.
- Track and analyze outreach performance metrics (response rates, conversion rates, meetings booked, pipeline influence) and continuously test/iterate approaches.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM data and provide regular feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and market intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B outbound outreach or sales development (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft), and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, account-based selling, and lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, concise messaging for C-suite and senior-level audiences.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align outreach efforts with pipeline and revenue targets.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimize based on performance metrics.
