Job Description
- Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into sales while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality teams to improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in international inbound sales (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts.
