Simply Connect is a leading IT solutions agency headquartered in Houston, Texas, with a subsidiary in Karachi, Pakistan. We provide professional IT and BPO services, including but not limited to:
- Web design and development
- Mobile application development
- Digital marketing and lead generation
- IT support and managed services
- Business process outsourcing (BPO)
- Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
- Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and service levels shall be defined in written agreements, proposals, or statements of work executed between the company and the client.
Use of Website
Users agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Disrupt or interfere with website functionality
- Transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Client Responsibilities
When you partner with us and become our client, you agree to:

Delays or failures caused by incomplete information or lack of cooperation may impact delivery timelines.
Payments and Billing
Fees, payment terms, and invoicing schedules will be specified in service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated:
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe
- Before initiating a project, we may require an advance payment. This amount is non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel or discontinue the project after commencement.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
- The Company reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Company’s methodologies, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Simply Connect.
Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights to deliverables created specifically for them, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, business, and technical information disclosed during the engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Data Protection and Privacy
The Company processes personal and client data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. For BPO, UCaaS, and CCaaS services, data is processed strictly on behalf of clients and in accordance with contractual obligations.
Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third-party platforms or vendors. The Company is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services but will make reasonable efforts to support integrations where applicable.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement. Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments become immediately due
- Access to services may be discontinued.
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
